Four Socks, a Sweater and Two Shawls
The socks and the sweater that you see here were already finished before the Winter Olympics started. During the Winter Olympics I wanted to work on simple garter stitch projects only, so I started by knitting a 'Litillia' shwawl (pattern by Martina Behm) using yarn from my stash. This shawl was finished in about a week, so then I knitted another garter stitch shawl (using my own pattern, and Loret Karman merino yarn from my stash). That took about 4 days (I've done a lot of watching the Olympics...). So then I started on another shawl, using the same pattern but different yarn (MadelineTosh Sock in the Maple Leaf colorway and Manos del Uruguay 'Alegria'), and that's about half finished now. I've been really good at using up yarn from my stash, so I'm ready to buy some new yarn at the Breidagen which will be coming up soon :-)

Goed weekend!
