Gisteren was ik weer bij Ribbels en kocht daar in de aanbieding een flinke hoeveelheid NewSoft (van Lana Grossa) in 2 grijs-tinten. Vandaag ben ik, na wat uitproberen, maar meteen begonnen aan een nieuwe trui voor mezelf.
Ook leuk om te vermelden is dat gisteren 1 van de klanten bij Ribbels het Peppy-dasje dat ik droeg (Flip showt het even op deze foto) zo leuk vond dat ze meteen het garen en een haaknaald kocht om er voor zichzelf ook 1 te kunnen maken. Ik had de beschrijving bij me, dus die kreeg ze na even kopiëren ook mee. Leuk toch?!
Yesterday (at Ribbels) I bought myself a lot of Lana Grossa's 'NewSoft' yarn, in 2 shades of grey. It was on sale and I liked both the material and the colors. Today I made a swatch and tried out some things, and after that I started on a new Peppy sweater for myself (after all I didn't have a grey one yet!).
Yesterday, one of the customers at Ribbels liked my Peppy scarf (the one that Flip is modeling here) so much that she decided to buy the material she needed (including a crochet hook) to make one for herself. I had the pattern of this Peppy scarf with me, so after copying it for her she could take that with her as well. I was really pleased (and so was the customer, I think!).
