I finally finished my Hey Mickey skirt today. It was almost done anyway, I only had to cut off all the ends (I had already woven them in earlier) and sew on the elastic band at the inside of the waist and that was it. One of the things that I like about this skirt is that it can be worn with shirts in many different colors. Here you see it with one of my favorite shirts. This shirt is about 7 years old and I've been wearing it very very often (as I'm sure you can see). The decoration (made out of a crocheted chain that I've sewn onto the shirt) is based on a drawing by my then 3 years old youngest daughter and it still makes me happy everytime I see it :)
Oooooooooohhhhhhh: ♥ ♥ ♥ ! Wat is je rok ontzettend leuk geworden en inderdaad: met allerlei kleuren shirtjes te dragen. Het shirt is ook erg leuk zeg, goed idee om een kindertekening hiervoor te gebruiken!
